CELEBRATE
ANY EXCUSE TO GET TOGETHER
The best thing about the house is its space.
If there’s a birthday to mark; perhaps an engagement, a baby shower or important milestone worth celebrating, then bring family and friends to Breakwater - there’s plenty of room. In fact the open plan living areas make sharing space with loved ones an absolute breeze.
The stylish surroundings and breathtaking view will provide an unforgettable backdrop to your celebration. And if you do want a quiet moment to yourself there are plenty of hideaways within the property too.

GOURMET PARADISE
Cornwall is the perfect destination for food lovers. Here you’ll find the best seafood around - literally fresh from the mornings catch.
Head out to one of Rick Stein’s famous restaurants in Padstow, Newquay or St Merryn, or opt for somewhere more intimate and local to sample your favourite dishes. (You’d be in great company as Kate Winslet is said to be a fan of the window seat at 2 Fore Street Restaurant in Mousehole)
Alternatively, forget the outside world altogether and get inspired in the kitchen at Breakwater. Dress your lobster or sauté those fillets just the way you like them, then enjoy your meal in front of the 180 degree sea view.
