From the modern appliances, ready to make life easier, all the way down to the choice of cutlery, every single piece has been carefully considered to ensure time spent in the kitchen is an absolute joy.

Each room has been lovingly planned and styled. From the drama of fitting the stunning glass wall feature in the master bedroom to sourcing the perfect linen and comfiest king size beds, getting the bedrooms just right was important. Let’s just say the local delivery drivers came to know the house by name!
Every single item featured in the bedrooms and bathrooms here at Breakwater has been carefully considered, not to mention thoroughly tried and tested, before being included.
From the glorious floor to ceiling curtains that glide open silently to reveal the breathtaking coastal view, right down to the specific choice of soap dispenser and luxury hand wash, only the very best will do. That way we know your stay will be absolutely perfect, with everything you may need right at hand – as it should be.

If there’s one thing Cornwall is known for it’s the great outdoors, and Sennen certainly has plenty of it. So we’ve designed the outside space at Breakwater to ensure that you can make the most of every little bit during your stay.
The sea is always bustling with action, whether that be kite surfers, swimmers or simply the local wildlife, and we’re pretty sure nowhere can beat the beauty of a Breakwater view across the cove as the sun goes down.
You might want to gather for a meal at the outdoor dining table with the most stunning of natural backdrops, or enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the sunken hot tub whilst watching the surfers manoeuvre through the waves below.
You might want to relax in the sunshine on a comfy lounger, or simply catch up with the family over a drink at the purpose built seating area – you’ll be forgiven for feeling like you’re on Love Island.
Winter breaks
Enjoy all that Sennen has to offer, without the crowds!
Escaping to Sennen Cove in the quieter months opens up a whole new view of this beautiful county. One thing is for sure, winter breaks feel a bit different at Breakwater.
Cornwall certainly shines when the sun is out, but in the cooler months, through autumn and winter, there’s plenty on offer here too. And with less visitors you can enjoy all that Sennen has to offer, minus the crowds.
You’re more likely to get the beach all to yourself to explore the rock pools, enjoy a bracing stroll or let those four legged friends run off some energy (maybe the kids too!). Then why not head to the local pub for a warming drink and a tasty meal.
Breakwater is the perfect base for exploring the area, and there’s no better time than when you’re on a winter break. Watch out for playful dolphins or lazy seals bobbing along the coastline as you walk the South West Coastal path.
And when all the fun has been had, head back to the cosy warmth of Breakwater. Whip up a coffee or a hot chocolate, get the log burner roaring and gather all the gang together to enjoy a great movie or a game on the Xbox.
